Create Case Notes
Case Management

Follow these steps to add a case note for a client in ESCASES.

  1. Log into your ESCASES portal.
  2. Open the navigation menu. 
  3. Select “Client Management”.
  4. Select the appropriate program.
  5. Locate the profile you wish to view.
  6. Click on the “Add Note” button.
  7. Fill out the information as required.
  8. Click the “Submit” button.

Congratulations! You have created a new case note.
