Manage Client Checkpoints

When a client is placed into “Outcomes”, ESCASES automatically generates scheduled follow-up dates and surveys for each milestone, covering intervals of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. These are referred to as “Checkpoints”.

These surveys are a valuable tool for collecting feedback from clients. You can also easily attach supporting documents using the file upload feature.

To view a client’s checkpoints, go to their client profile and navigate to the “Checkpoints” tab.

Sending A Survey To a Client

Follow these steps to send a survey to a client.

1. Click on the “Send Survey” button and select your survey delivery method from the dropdown menu.

2. When the Email or SMS option is selected, customize the template content and the subject line as needed.

3. Click on “Send Follow Up”.

Review a Client’s Survey Response

When sending a survey to the client, you will have the opportunity to review and edit the jobseekers’ responses before submitting them to the government. This allows you to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their answers in the questionnaire survey section.

To view their submitted response, click on the green “View” button a modal window will appear with the jobseeker’s answers.

Inputting the Jobseekers Response

Follow these steps to input or edit the survey results on behalf of a client.

1. Click on the expander arrow and scroll down to the questionnaire section.

2. Input details into their respective fields.

3.  Click on “Submit” to save

Uploading Documentation

Follow these steps to upload documents:

1. Click on the Cloud icon.

2. Choose how you would like to import the file.

  • Selecting the “Upload New File” option lets you upload a file from your device.
  • Selecting the “Upload Existing File” option lets you choose a file from the client’s “Document Archive” in ESCASES.

3. Select a “Document Type” and the Document from the list provided and then click on “Select”.

4. Click on “Submit” to save.

Achieving A Milestone

Follow these steps to register a milestone achievement.

1. Click on the Milestone check box.

2. Click on the “Submit” button to save.

Congratulations! You have successfully managed your clients’ checkpoints in ESCASES.
