Follow these steps to edit a client’s case notes in ESCASES.
- Log into your ESCASES portal.
- Open the navigation menu.
- Select “Client Management”.
- Select the appropriate program.
- Locate the profile you wish to view.
- Click the arrow next to their name to expand the profile.
- Click on the profile information to open their profile.
- Select the “Case Notes” tab.
- Select the appropriate action plan
- Click on the “Actions” button next to the case note you wish to edit.
- Click on “Edit” in the dropdown menu.
- Update the information.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
