Follow this guide to understand how CaMS integrates with your client’s profile in ESCASES.
*Click here learn how to view a client profile
When you open a client profile in ESCASES, there are multiple tabs that allow you to interact with their profile in different ways. They are located just below the client’s name.
4 of these tabs are coloured brown:
- Client Info
- EAP Detail
- Outcomes
- Checkpoints
The information on these 4 tabs must be synced with the CaMS database.
Most of the time, you will want to make your changes in ESCASES and have your updated information sent to CaMS. To do so, edit the information in the tab then click on the “Submit” button.
After you click “Submit”, you will see a message at the top of the client profile informing you that “CaMS is processing the update”. Once processed, the message will be replaced with one that says “Request processed successfully”.
(For more information on how ESCASES sends updates to CaMS, see our article about the Network Activity Tab)
In some rare situations, you may want to take the current client data from CaMS, and use it to overwrite the data that is in ESCASES. To do so, there is a button in each tab labeled “Overwrite Data from CaMS”.
