Client Snapshot
When you open a client profile in ESCASES, you will notice the Client Snapshot on the left hand side. This collapsible tab gives you a quick overview of their case so far.
In the Comments section, you can write or read a brief description of the case.
Below that, you can see the client’s Last Contact Date.
At the bottom, you can toggle between different Employment Action Plans.
Profile Tabs
Just below the client’s name, there are multiple profile tabs that allow you to interact with their profile in different ways. We’ll discuss some of them individually.
CaMS Tabs
4 of the profile tabs are coloured brown:
- Client Info
- EAP Detail
- Outcomes
- Checkpoints
The information on these 4 tabs must be synced with the CaMS database. For more information on these tabs, please see our article on CaMS Tabs in Client Profiles.
Interventions Tab
The Interventions Tab provides a comprehensive overview of the client’s case journey, with each stage of the process represented and monitored for efficient case management.
Stage 1 – Pre-Employment (Requires client reference number & EAP reference number)
Stage 2 – Pre-Employment – EAP (Requires at least one sub goal & at least one planned item)
Stage 3 – Pre-Employment – Plan Content (Requires checkpoint outcomes)
Stage 4 – Monitoring – Active on Outcomes (Requires a finalized status for EAP)
Stage 5 – Complete – EAP Closed (Get Feedback)
Service Plan Tab
The Service Plan Tab allows you to assign a Case Manager, Employer Liaison, and/or Job Coach/Client Success Specialist to a client.
This feature helps to streamline the case management process and ensure accountability among team members, leading to better outcomes for clients, and more effective and efficient service delivery.
Case Notes Tab
The Case Notes Tab facilitates all case note activities for efficient case management.
Here, you can create and export case notes, and follow up on outstanding ones. Users can modify the case note creation dates, but only the original creator and ESCASES admins have the ability to edit the content, ensuring the accuracy and security of your information.
Documents Tab
The Documents Tab serves as a digital archive for clients’ personal documents, creating a centralized filing system for efficient case management.
Here, you can store a wide variety of files and forms easily and securely. Your documents are centralized, allowing you to share and collaborate with your team with ease.
You can also download or export your files to work with them offline.
