Follow these steps to edit the tags for a client’s documents in ESCASES.
- Log into your ESCASES portal.
- Open the navigation menu.
- Select “Client Management”.
- Select the appropriate program.
- Locate the profile you wish to view.
- Click the arrow next to their name to expand the profile.
- Click on the profile information to open their profile.
- Select the appropriate action plan.
- Select the “Documents” tab.
- Click the “Actions” button next to the document you wish to update.
- Click on “Edit” in the dropdown menu.
- Select the appropriate tags
- Remove any unnecessary tags by clicking the X next to the tag.
- Click the “Submit” button.
